OVERVIEW


Checkmate is a timeless chess game where two players compete to declare checkmate on each other's king. Place your pieces strategically on the board and use your intellect and tactics to anticipate your opponent's moves. The first player to checkmate the enemy's king emerges as the victor. A classic combination of skill, strategy, and foresight awaits!


GUIDELINES


  • Preparation: Set up your pieces on the board according to the prescribed positions. Pieces must follow specific rules for movement.


  • Gameplay: Take turns moving your pieces on the board to capture the opponent's pieces and create opportunities for checkmate.


  • Checkmate and Checks: Announce checkmate when the opponent's king is under attack and cannot escape capture. Declare check when the opponent's king is threatened.


  • Victory: Continue playing until you successfully checkmate your opponent's king. The first player to achieve checkmate wins the game.
